What does my booking (service) fee cover? It includes me doing all, or most (let’s be honest, everyone always does a little bit of searching on their own) of the research including checking reviews, shopping pricing for you, finding the best value for the price paid, as well as providing you with some personal recommendations on things to do and places to see that would enhance your trip. Basically, I will do all of the heavy lifting for you including researching which can take hours, then presenting you some ideas and working with you to tweak those ideas to make them your perfect fit, and then making your reservations, and pretty much any other required items before, during, and after your trip.
In addition to the above I also supply you all of your final documents via one email, and in an App where possible, so they are all in one place and/or provide paper copies or both if needed; I reconfirm all your reservations before you depart; and I give you all the information you need to travel to your destination like entry and exit requirements, as well as information you need to return to Canada including links to any forms, apps, etc. I deal with flight changes, seat changes and hours on hold to fix those so you don't have to. I monitor the current travel situation for your journey from the time you book until the time you are back home. I monitor your flights as best as I can while you are traveling to ensure that you get where you need to be when you're supposed to, and on those occasions that the airline's decide you need some unplanned adventure in your journey, I will to my best to help you work with the airline to get you on the next flight, get a hotel booked, start an insurance claim, etc.
As my past clients can attest, I don’t stop working for you when you pay for your trip. I am with you from the time you contact me to begin planning until the time you step back into your home after your trip and even past that if you need me!
All booking (services fees) noted below are in addition to any fees charged by the supplier of your product, and are PLUS HST and with the exception of the Planning Fee (for Custom, Complex, Multi-Component Trips) of which ½ is payable up front, fees are not charged until the first payment is made. **No charge for children 17 years & under on the same booking.
