We just returned from our 1 week all inclusive vacation in Punta Cana. Rosie and Allana were absolutely wonderful to work with! Right from our first contact until today when I arrived home they provided excellent service! Thank you ladies for all of your help! I was super nervous about travelling with all the disruptions lately but it was so nice to have you on the other side if we had any questions or ran into any issues. We stayed at the Melia Punta Cana Adult only area of the resort! Service was amazing, beach was wonderful and food was fantastic!

We had the pleasure of working with Rosie for our recent trip to Ireland and Scotland, and she was fantastic! From the start, she was highly organized, approachable, and attentive to all our needs. We haven't used a travel agent in years but through recommendation from someone to try Travel by Rosie we went for it. Anytime we had a question or needed guidance, Rosie was there for us. Jim and Fernanda **Note From Rosie: These clients stayed at the Sandos Finisterra in Los Cabos, which I also recently stayed at and LOVED, and here are their comments on their stay: "Greeted well when we arrived and then brought us to our room which was on the top floor, so we had a cathedral ceiling in our room, with an outstanding full view of the ocean. We had easy access to the morning buffet, which carried a wide and tasty selection of fruits and vegetables and breakfast foods. The room was very nice and was cleaned everyday and the walk around the resort was very easy to navigate. The dining experience in the evening was enjoyed with good service and a wide selection of good food. The only downside was one restaurant not being open during the day, which was oceanfront. The pool was in need of a little repair and better cleaning, but not a deal breaker. More shaded areas would have been a plus, because of the extreme heat there were only a few spots to take shelter."

I simply can’t praise this Lady enough. My Husband and I have been traveling for many years, and this is our first year with Travel Only With Rosie Darosa. We are now Senior Citizens, and our computer skills can be limited. We simply let Rosie know where we would like to go, and she does all the rest. She sent us 4 or 5 options, and we go from there. So we booked a vacation, for January, and then changed our minds. Then today, we booked another again for November. Amazing!!!! is the first thought I have when it comes to Rosie’s service. She took me on as a new client and as a first time overseas traveler. She helped me book everything I needed including car services so I didn’t have to worry about taxis in a new country. She provided all the additional information I needed for traveling with all of the new requirements. Her attention to detail is exceptional and made my first trip run so smoothly. Wanted to give a huge shout out to Travel By Rosie!! We have used Rosie as our travel agent a few times now and we are never going back. Not only does she find you the best deal, have incredible patience with larger groups, and amazing customer service- she goes above and beyond for her clients. Including a private transfer to and from the airport on our most recent trip. If ANYTHING goes wrong she will do all that she can to get to the bottom of it. It takes all of the stress out of the planning and dealing with the not-so-fun part of vacations. I honestly can’t say enough good things about her!! We booked our first family trip with Rosie and she was absolutely fantastic! She made things so easy for us and her recommendations were very helpful! We were delighted with the way Rosie organized a Mexican vacation for our group of sixteen. The age range was from 14 to 81 years. The flights were not straightforward. My husband and I flew a week ahead to a different resort and then joined the rest. Others flew from different starting points.

Rosie recommended a resort which suited our diverse requests. There were numerous activities that everyone enjoyed. The resort chosen catered to large family gatherings and there were a variety of restaurants available. The food at the main buffet was excellent and we were always able to sit together. The resort also had a lovely sandy beach and a good area for snorkeling.

The return journey was disrupted in Toronto Pearson Airport due to the winter storms. As a result our connecting flight cancelled for 4 days! Despite it being Christmas Day, Rosie advised us about available hotels and also suggested alternative arrangements for flying home.

Rosie was always available for questions and responded promptly to any of our concerns. Her service and follow up were excellent, and we have no hesitation in recommending her.

Made it home from an amazing trip!! If you’re thinking of traveling, I just wanted to say that we felt safe and we had no issues. This is my personal opinion and experience . I would not hesitate booking with Rosie! She was amazing from start to finish. Rosie was amazing!!! She ensured my mother received the help she needed by the airline regarding a wheelchair. She asked the hotel to give us a room by the elevator and followed up with them.
